An on-line app allows the machines to be configured and controlled remotely using exclusive machine control parameter sharing and management developed by the La San Marco R&D department.
No longer just a Bluetooth connection from your mobile device to the machine.
As of today, users, whether owners, coffee shop managers or baristas, can use the app provided by La San Marco to send all the machine operating parameters via email to authorised recipients. The latter (support centres, dealers, distributors, coffee roasting stores, parent companies, agents, etc.) will, therefore, be able to provide remote technical support in real time.
In other words, if the machine is not working properly, the customer can request an authorised support centre to provide support service by checking the data received.
Any change to this data can then be sent to the machine operator in a file containing the new operating parameters, which can then be transferred via Bluetooth from the mobile device to the machine.
In general, the remote connection via email gives users the opportunity to activate a whole host of machine monitoring functions, e.g. maintenance scheduling, checks on consumption, alarms and usage cycles, plus much more.
The app allows users to acquire and save a machine configuration and then, download the configuration onto other machines in their customer portfolio.
