A Masterclass at SIGEP 2022

At the first event in attendance (after the pandemic period) for the coffee supply chain, SIGEP in Rimini, La San Marco’s masterclasses dedicated to sensory analysis and different methods of espresso extraction also resumed. Led by coffee expert Jan Robert Brinck, the masterclass, aimed at the trade press, focused on how the characteristics of espresso extracted from the same blend can change depending on the parameters and methods of extraction, with the goal of finding the best recipe for superior espresso.
